We charge a sliding scale of hourly rates, starting at around €2 per hour.

The more you rent, the less you pay !

Unlike traditional rental companies with conventional opening hours, we don't have half-day or full-day rates. In fact, you can book for 5h, 6h, 8h, 10h and so on.
We recommend that you book from 6 a.m. to get the most out of our sightseeing tours.

You can simulate the price of a rental for free by clicking on Book online and entering your dates.

A deposit of 100€ per bike is taken at the time of payment.

It is refunded within 7 days.

Your bank may take 14 days to show this refund.

The deposit is made when you book: make sure you have the necessary funds at that time.

You can cancel your reservation up to 2 days before the beginning of your rental.

In case of need, our teams are at your disposal for any assistance.

3.      You access the shop, your code is recognized and the bikes are automatically unlocked.

4.      You pick up your bikes following the instructions displayed in the room

After your ride, you use the same access code to return the bikes.

A door code will be sent to you by email and SMS just before your ride.

Dial it on the keypad located next to the door of the shop, and validate with the OK key.

The code is specific to your reservation, and is active for the duration of the reservation. It will be useful when you return the bikes.

The use of your personal door code is recognized by the system and triggers the automatic opening of your bikes.

Please wait a few seconds once you are in the room, so that your access is taken into account.

When a bike is unlocked, it beeps and shows a green light on the rear wheel.

Follow the instructions posted in the shop to remove the bikes from the racks.

If you have noticed something wrong with the bike, or if you want to exchange the bike, please contact our hotline.

We will help you, either by taking note of the damaged part or by offering you a replacement bike.

1. Turn on the bike by pressing the power button located above the display.

2. Select the EMTB mode with + and - buttons on the display. You don't need to touch this setting for the rest of your ride: the bike will assist you according to your pedaling speed.

3. Adjust the gears by pushing the control lever under the right handlebar, for quick and easy pedaling.
The assistance is best when you are pedalling fast.

4. Constantly adjust this setting as you ride, depending on road profile, so you do not have to push on the pedals.

1. Never ride on sidewalks or crosswalks !

2. Bicycle lanes are mandatory (when they exist, and in the right direction)

3. Respect other traffic rules just like a car: traffic lights, stops, etc.

There is a pretty descent network of bicycle paths around Colmar, which allow you to reach the surrounding villages: Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr...

Our tours use those bike paths for the most part, and also guide you to less known points of interest.

Bike range is about 100km (60 miles): this gives you a large radius of action. (But keep some power for the return trip!)

Use Google Maps to your advantage, by displaying bike paths on the map and by selecting the bike mode when routing.

All our bikes are fitted with a key lock.

It is stored above the pedal crank, on the seat tube, in a black holder.

Remove the lock from the bracket and open it with the key. The key is located in the white pocket under the seat.

Pass the lock through the frame of the rear wheel, and around a fixed point (post...) and close the lock.

Don't forget to put the key back in the pocket at the end of the rental.

In case of need during your rental, our hotline is there to help.

You will be connected to an employee of the local company; this is not a call center.

In case of accident or serious injury, first dial 112.

In case you cannot make it on time, you must notify us by calling the hotline. We will then advise you accordingly and tell you what to do.

Please note that in case of unreported lateness, the extra time will be charged at a flat rate and a late penalty will be automatically applied.

Access the shop with your door code

Put the bike firmly into a free slot, and follow the instruction displayed in the shop.

Your rental is complete.

If you wish to report something about the bike or something that happened during your ride, please contact the hotline.

The phone number is given after your reservation and is displayed on the bikes.

In case you cannot make it on time, you must notify us by calling the hotline. We will then advise you accordingly and tell you what to do.

Please note that in case of unreported lateness, the extra time will be charged at a flat rate and a late penalty will be automatically applied.

Your door code will grant you access to the shop during 15min after your reservation ends.

You can then get your belongings back.

In other cases, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The bank imprint made for the deposit is automatically deleted within 7 days by our system.

The amount of the deposit is then refunded, if no damage is found on the bikes you rented.

This refund may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank account, depending on your card holder.
